Regarding the braking problem of wing-opening van semi-trailers

When the wing-opening van semi-trailer is braking, especially during emergency braking, the front wheels make a huge "clang, clang" sound; the driver feels the vibration of the body; the braking response is short and cannot be controlled as he wants; Wheel "brake gnawing" is a rough braking problem. The reasons for the above phenomenon in open-wing semi-trailers are usually: the brake cylinder film is oily or the rubber is aging and deteriorating, the friction plate rivets are loose, the brake drum is out of round, the shoe shaft and the hole are loose, etc. If the rigidity and tightening force of the balance spring of the composite brake valve are too large, the braking air pressure will be applied at the same pedal stroke, resulting in short braking response. The stiffness is appropriately weakened, and the brake air pressure rises steeply, which is conducive to the driver's control (the preload force increases, and the pedal free travel decreases slightly). Users of open-wing semi-trailers in mountainous areas are accustomed to the sharp slopes of mountain curves, so that the open-wing semi-trailer can quickly achieve the purpose of braking according to the complex conditions on the road, and add a balance spring to the balance spring. A gasket less than lmm thick would rather sacrifice the smoothness of common braking. When the preload force is too large, the spring approaches or becomes a rigid body, and the spring's strength is lost. When braking, the braking force suddenly increases, and it is easy to completely lose control during braking, so it should not be used. Some users improperly adjust the balance spring, improperly adjust the preload force too large, the brake air pressure rises too sharply, and the range that the driver can control (i.e., the effective pedal stroke) is too narrow, making it difficult to control, resulting in "Rough braking". Improper adjustment in use, the free travel of the pedal is too large, and the driver is not used to it. If he steps or steps within the free travel range of the pedal, the open-wing van semi-trailer will not respond, or the response will be very small. When he is anxious, he will violently step on it. The ground braked. Recommend that when we go on the road, we should proceed at all times to ensure our own safety!
