What are some parts of semi-trailer maintenance?
Car body maintenance, including car paint, seat cushions and carpets, bumpers, car skirts, instrument panels, tires, wheels, windshields, chassis, etc.
In-car maintenance includes: maintenance of lubrication system, fuel system, cooling system, brake system, carburetor (injector), etc.
Car body refurbishment includes: diagnosis and treatment of deep scratches, multi-material bumpers, wheel hub (cover) defects, leather and chemical fiber material refurbishment, engine color refurbishment, etc.
The braking system is crucial to the driving performance of the car. The braking system of small trucks mainly uses brake fluid to transmit braking force, while heavy trucks use pneumatic braking systems. Different maintenance methods should be adopted for the two. For cars with oil circuit brakes, check the brake fluid level before driving out.
If you find that the oil level has dropped, immediately check whether there is any leakage in the brake oil circuit. Brake fluid absorbs moisture from the air and becomes ineffective over time, so it needs to be replaced once a year. For pneumatic brake systems, pay attention to frequently draining the accumulated water in the system and replacing the dryer regularly. Moisture in the pneumatic system will corrode the pipelines and affect the braking. In severe cases, it can even cause the braking system to fail. In addition, you should always check the working condition of the air pump and the wear of the air pump belt, and replace it in time.
